Mr Captain has asked for the following message to be posted on the website:

For members who are on the Capt Day out sheet, Ellesmere GC, have advised that currently EGC is open to members only as a two ball, ( social golf ) and no competitions.   The catering facility and club areas are closed until such times clearance is given. It is hoped that by the 1st August some rules will be relaxed and catering will be as normal as possible.

If EGC are given the green light our day out on the Friday 2nd October will go ahead but Safety is paramount.
